HR Communication Officer

Temporary contract, Full time, Brussels

Your role & work environment

The purpose of this position is to plan, develop and deliver a variety HR communication projects and solutions in support of the people side of ING’s business transformation.
As HR Communication Officer, you will join the HR department as part of the HR Communication & Branding team, focused on developing and implementing (strategic) internal & external communication plans and campaigns bringing ING’s people practices to life.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop HR communication action plans in line with the overall people- and bank communication agenda

  • Assist the HR projects in stakeholder management and targeted messaging

  • Write texts, messages, content and disseminate them through the appropriate channels

  • Develop communication material as required throughout the different project stages

  • Control and adapt plan according to the evolution of the projects

  • Review and maintain the branding of projects as deemed necessary

    As an HR Communication Officer you will also need:

  • Min. bachelor’s degree in communications or related field

  • 2-3 years work-experience in communications with relevant experience

  • Track record in development and implementation of communication strategies/plans

  • Profeciency in English, French and/or Dutch

  • Time management & goal setting skills, with the ability to deliver against tight deadlines.
