About the role:
As Talent Acquisition Recruiter you are focused on
attracting premier professional candidates utilizing the latest web–based
recruiting channels which include job boards, job board aggregators, search
engine marketing, Web 2.0 and social media platforms. You will develop
talent community relationships through outreach using social media platforms
such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
As Talent Acquisition Recruiter you review profiles and
CVs, conduct telephone and video interviews and present potential best-fit
candidates to the hiring manager for consideration. You interact with country
subject matter experts to follow local governmental regulations.
• Liaising effectively with the hiring manager and HR
counterparts across Europe to assess recruitment needs, hiring trends and job
specifics so you stay ahead of the curve and proactively source for talent in
the markets and regions assigned to you.
• Exploring and deciding on sources of recruitment and
leveraging your copy-writing skills to make sure your job ads are in line with
employer branding guidelines and reach the targeted audience.
• Utilizing social networking platforms to identify and
engage with potential candidates while building social digital communities and
a network of connections, driving candidates to apply on our jobsite.
• Screening profiles against job requirements,
interviewing both active and latent external applicants over phone and video
and making the initial selection decisions.
• Monitoring the sourcing process of all shortlisted
applicants to ensure hiring needs are met timely.
• Your proven track record in a fast paced recruitment
environment ensures that you are not phased when facing high volume recruitment
needs and that you manage peak hiring in an efficient and timely way in keeping
with quality objectives.
• Your analytical approach to workforce planning and
recruitment establishes you as a solid business partner for line management who
adds value to the business.
• Your flexible and professional attitude and your
empathy help you engage with applicants and change their career paths.
• Bachelor’s degree – Preferred but not essential.
• Self-motivated, well organized and able to prioritize
workload and to manage for results.
• Sourcing, direct searching and recruitment experience
for professional and sales profiles.
• Knowledge and experience with social media outlets such
as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other web based recruitment platforms.
• Good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Native Dutch speaker with proficient English.
